Welcome to Arrowwood Custom Homes! If we could pass a cookie through the screen or maybe a warm biscuit with some homemade jam, we absolutely would! For starters, we'd like to extend our appreciation for stopping by the site to check us out. We've put in a lot of work to get where we are, so it means a great deal to us that people take the time to see who we are and what we do.
Now, let's get the obligatory salutations out of the way...my name is Austin Luedtke, and I'm the owner of Arrowwood Custom Homes. I have an amazing wife, Kendell, and three crazy children, Ardyn, Beckett, and Barrett. I grew up in the small town of Lampasas, then went off to college in Lubbock (Wreck 'em Tech!) where I received a masters degree in finance. Fast forward 15 years and we now live about a half hour south of my hometown in Liberty Hill, Texas. It's hard to beat the people and beauty of Central Texas, which is why we call this place home. If we're not on the job site, you'll likely find us out enjoying mother nature in some form or fashion, whether that's hunting, fishing, or just sitting under a shade tree with a cold drink soaking it all in!
Family is a huge part of our lives.
We simply wouldn't be where we are today without them. So, I'd like to say thank you to our parents and family members for raising us right, teaching us how to treat others, and instilling quality values in us that we will pass along to our children. We love y'all!

Customer Service
Let's face it, without customer service, no business will succeed. That is why customer service is the foundation of our company. It is our priority to listen, inform, and provide assistance with whatever needs our homeowners have. Our homeowners aren't just our clients, they are also our friends and partners, and we treat them as such. There are no business hours at Arrowwood, so if you have questions before, during or after the build, are in need of a repair, or just want to have a midnight chat, give us a call!
The team
As I'm sure you've noticed, I often refer to Arrowwood as "we", "our", and "us". There's a real simple explanation for that (not because I'm crazy), and that explanation is that none of this would be possible without an amazing team. Our team includes our family, friends, subcontractors, and homeowners. Everyone plays a part, and everyone is significant. Without the help, advice, and encouragement from our family and friends, Arrowwood would have never begun. Without high quality subcontractors, the homes we build wouldn't stand the test of time. We expect our subcontractors to operate as if they were doing the work on their personal home. We hold ourselves accountable at Arrowwood, and expect the same from our subcontractors. Without our fantastic homeowners that allow us the opportunity to build their dream, none of this would be possible. We are true believers in treating others how we want to be treated and firmly put this into practice. A little kindness, respect, and patience go a long way, not only in life, but also in homebuilding!
Working together
We believe in working with our homeowners from planning to completion. We enjoy helping people find property, site plan, and go through every detail of the home. Part of the reason Arrowwood was founded is because we like to build something different, something that stands out, something with character. No matter how small the home or how grand the home, we always try to add some unique character. A 500 square foot living room can still feel welcoming and cozy. At the same time, a 150 square foot living room can still be beautiful and inviting. As cliche as it is, our goal is to make your house a home. We try to accomplish this by suggesting or adding little things that will set your home apart from the rest.
